This hotel was super clean and very nice as it is almost brand new! The staff were very nice and definitely spoke enough English to communicate on the level that is needed to check in and check out. It is located in front of a big mall which is super nice and convenient.

All Yello hotel staff whom met during our stay were very friendly and pleasant. very impressed with the service, from front desk to housekeeping, especially the staff and security who were on duty at entrance on Saturday afternoon. As it was raining , they offered a ride to Sederhana restaurant within Harbourbay area. Unfortunately, we did not get the name of the staff and security. Thank you for the exceptional services! We will definately be back. ;)

The staff are super accommodating, so friendly, and always go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Great hotel, I won't stay anywhere else in Batam. Definitely worth it and great value !
