Most of the shopping destinations were within short ride. Thamrin City Mall a very big mall is just beneath the property. To get to the property by taxi it would be better telling the taxi driver to go to Amaris Hotel Lobby instead of Jakarta Residence. Because, the taxi drivers at times confuse with Jakarta Apartments. Jakarta Residence is located on the 21st floor of Cosmo Mansion. The lobby of Cosmo Mamsion and Amaris Hotel is same. 2. The owner of the property Mr. Barru Danisworo is a fantastic person. He used to promptly reacted to resolve the issue if there is any. I contacted several times with him over WhatsApp and got the prompt response in solving few minor problems. 3. The The owner of the property Mr. Barru Danisworo arranged everything we require when we reside in our own house. We felt very much homely in staying the property as we got everything we required. Thanks a lot to Mr. Barru Danisworo for making the boarders so comfortable. 4. I wasn't expecting that it'd be that fancy and pretty. The people there were very accommodating and fine and they would greet you whenever you encounter them which was pretty nice. I love how they took care of my room very neatly and they also were kind when I accidentally spilled sunblock on the blanket. They were kind enough to respond on my note which I found really cute. Definitely my favourite hotel so far. I also love that I was able to take a pencil home as a remembrance.

I booked a 5-night stay at this hotel for my parents during the riots in Jakarta between the end of August and the beginning of September. Despite the situation, my parents felt completely safe throughout their stay. They were even able to walk around the neighborhood to get lunch or dinner and pick up essentials. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. When they saw that my parents had brought fruit from the local market, they offered to peel and cut it, then brought it to their room with cutlery—such a thoughtful gesture! The breakfast was FABULOUS—far better than what you'd find in many European hotels, even those charging much higher rates. One morning, my parents had to leave early and missed breakfast. When they returned around 10 AM, the chef still offered them a meal and personally cooked it according to their dietary needs. The room was spotless and without any issues. For the price, this hotel far exceeded expectations. I highly recommend it and will definitely book it again for my parents in the future. Many thanks to the staff for taking such great care of them!

Reception staff and house staff all very professional friendly and helpful. Super clean including corridors lift etc. I was so lucky to be given a corner room. Non smoking floor Room spacious clean with the usual very comfortable ibis bed and linens. Loved the glass bottled water provided. So much better than the ubiquitous plastic with all the microplastics in the water. Stayed 4 nights and would stay again Very highly recommended

Since I arrived, the restroom in the ground floor was clean, I was working in my laptop and they clean it twice in a lapse of 3 hours. They do an enormous effort to keep the place clean. There is a supermarket just next to tue hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
