Also I booked the resort for. 3 days and had to check out from the resort in two day and manager was calling for checkout at 11:00 AM today and provided only half hour to pack my Luggage and asked to vacate the room immediately which made a chaos and was inconvenient for me and my child. Ultimately, we kept our luggage in the reception room for the whole day since our next bus was in the evening. Our luggage and bags were unsafe and there was no cleaning done in my room. The resort's hotel applied unnecessary service charges of Rs. 120/- even food was not available as per the menu card.

The lovely employee there let us into the lobby, got us a heater and made us hot tea. Then the manager arrived, checked us in very quickly (compared to other places in India that can be exhausting with this process) and gave us our rooms at 7 am even though check-in was supposed to be at 12 noon. The employee helped us carry the heavy bags to the rooms, and when I tried to give him a tip he refused with a smile. The rooms were great, spacious, clean, stunning view, great shower with hot water. And the beds were comfortable and cozy, and the rooms had a radiator that warmed us up at night. And a bonus - there is a ping pong table downstairs that we really enjoyed playing on.

It’s very close to the market square yet it’s tucked away in a corner and is away from the hustle bustle of the crowd. The staff are extremely professional, warm, proactive. If I requested anything they would address it immediately. Never had to ask them again. The rooms are so clean, the beds very comfortable and the coffee at breakfast was super! The owner is very hands on at the property, very interested in the well being of his guests. I highly recommend this place! It’s usually sold out so book well in time. They have a new hotel close by so one can get rooms there also! The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice, gave us some good advice on shopping etc. very polite staff! Thanks! We will be back!
