The staff was very friendly, even the tuktuk driver. The place was very silent at night. They had great quality things on sale inside, like hats and wallets. The staff cooked a home-made meal for us and it was delicious.

Rooms are specious and clean, there is a nice sitting area with colourful pillows by the window + they offer rooms for 3 people which is not so common. You can relax in the rooftop, get some food or tea. It is a really pleasant and a chill spot. However, what we were the most impressed by was the owner of the hotel. His hospitality was absolutely amazing. We ordered an overnight safari and he really made sure that everything is perfect. After we came back from sleeping at a desert, he offered us a free possibility to shower in the hotel even thought we have already checked out. He also told us a lot off interesting facts about Jaisalmer and even showed his family home. What’s more we had a late night train and he offered to drop us off without any extra charge. I must say we haven’t experienced such a great hospitality in any other hotel in India. Thank you again for a great stay!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The beds very comfortable. The only downside is that there can be some noise as the rooms are facing the beautiful atriums and because the doors are traditional they don't close completely and there is no sound insulation. In any case, we would definitely stay there again, as this hotel was a small oasis in the middle of busy Jaipur.
