Had a fridge which is a nice bonus on a road trip with perishable items. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great....it had all the things. The staff at the front desk were sincerely friendly and helpful.

Hótel Bifröst is set in a small university town. Its bright and spacious rooms offer private bathrooms and views of the surrounding lava fields and mountains. Nice hotel, nice room, comfortable bed, clean and cosy. Very good breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful, made quite a late dinner for us.

The room was clean and cozy, and the staff was more than welcoming to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location to the hotel will lead you on a scenic drive and it’s very close to scenic viewpoints like Latrabjarg cliffs. Would definitely come back again.

This award-winning, eco-friendly hotel is on the Snæfellsnes peninsula, 6 km from Iceland’s famous Snæfellsjökull glacier and volcano. It offers free Wi-Fi, along with hiking, horse riding and glacier tours. Had one stay here. What a beautiful area. Was extremely satisfied with the room -- the pillows were actually really good! The breakfast was phenomenal.
