Out of the tourist trap major towns and just delightful. Think beautiful lemon gardens, exceptional views and local hospitality. Local seafood dishes at the restaurant were some of the best meals we had during our month in Italy! Pino the hotel owner helped us park our car, opened breakfast early for us on a day we were travelling early, even shouted us some euro for bus fare when we were out of cash. So many great bits of local advice given and heeded. For anyone worried about staying in Furore being too far from the key Amalfi coast sites - the distances are much smaller than you realise. There is an abundance of buses and private shuttles which Pino is happy to arrange for you. Only 1.5 euro fare to Amalfi and 15-20 minute bus trip. Cannot be beaten for location and experience.

The room was super spacious and the hotel taught of every little thing. We didn’t have to get any essentials as it was already supplied for us plus the breakfast was amazing and a wide range of options with high-quality food. The room was amazing and with an amazing view and was super central. Staff were also very helpful and we would recommend this place highly

A fantastic owner！Since we were traveling by car, we asked her various questions multiple times before departure. She always responded quickly, patiently answered and advised us, again and again, which was touching. Upon arrival, the landlord couple stood outside the hotel to greet us and helped us carry our luggage upstairs to the room, as if welcoming their own friends. The bus stop is right at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. There's also a small supermarket where you can buy discounted tickets and fresh fruit. The sunset here is the most beautiful along the entire Amalfi Coast. Highly recommend this charming and fragrant little inn!

Overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, family-run Il Barilotto offers air-conditioned rooms with a terrace and sea views. Located 4 km from Positano, it comes with free Wi-Fi. Our stay at Il Barilotto was wonderful! The place is beautiful with stunning sea views and well cared for, but what truly makes it special is the people. Giovanni and his family made us feel completely at home — so warm and welcoming! The homemade breakfast was delicious, made with love and fresh ingredients. Thank you so much, we’ll definitely be back!

Nachází se v budově z 18. století, 15 minut chůze od pláže. everything!! our room was a dream, literally a hidden gem! it’s a family hotel with the friendliest staff and cleanest rooms. I can’t say enough to be honest, the bed was so comfortable, our rooms view was to die for! we was so happy and would definitely return. it’s close to all the popular restaurants too!

We were quite surprised and absolutely impressed that the hotel owner actually walked from the hotel to the bus stop to greet us. Prior to our arrival from Amalfi he texted to ensure we were on the correct bus and that we got off at the correct stop. He walked us back to the hotel and straight to our room. The room was large and very clean, had the usual amenities, and included a balcony where we could see the activities in the small town square. We believe it was the family patriarch that looked for us the next morning as we sat on a local bench near the hotel just taking in the morning. He invited us to the dining room behind the hotel for a wonderful breakfast that included entirely too much food for two of us.

Spectacular view, right in the middle of amazing cities, but the location itself is more quiet with the option to quickly travel by bus or taxi to a more popular area such as amalfi coast or positano. Also fantastic staff!
