Instead of booking a hotel near FCO which was more expensive than this room rate, and not forget about the expensive fare for airport pick up+ drop off. I was extremely happy and satisfied with my last night staying in Rome. Such a beautiful fine hotel, the room is super clean, there is a garden in the property where I could do my exercise in the morning then head to hotel breakfast, warm and helpful hotel staff. The location looks far from FCO but it is actually very convenient to get there. If you travel light, just take the Leonardo Express direct train from FCO (€15) to Roma termini, hop on Bus 82 right in front of the termini, and a short walking distance you will reach the hotel. If you travel with big luggage bags, I chose to ride the taxi/uber from the hotel to Roma termini to the airport the next day. The taxi ride cost me €15.50. As for last night in Rome, I was happy l could enjoy a nice Cacciò e Peppe and delicious pizza at Mamma Pizza by just walking distance before leaving Italia.

An outstanding, small boutique hotel with only 20 rooms, and a wonderful, quite roof terrace. The service went above and beyond! This might be a simple 3-star property, but the service definitely deserves 5 stars! Flo, Gabriel, and Abdul from reception where there 24/7, and always helped (also via WhatsApp) whenever needed. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but the staff will serve coffee and drinks in your room or on the terrace. Everything was impeccably clean and shiny. I will definitely be back!

Staff was friendly and helpful. They will offer to keep your luggage after checking out, if you need to store it for the day. Bed is comfy.

The property is directly opposite the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. Must choose this hotel when you stay in Rome! 5 minutes distance to the train. Staff is very nice and helpful us prepare breakfast as we go out early before breakfast time. Room is big with basilica church view. The water pressure is big for shower. The best hotel among my Italy trip.

Stuart was so friendly and helpful during our stay. The location was perfect, the hotel design is very modern and beautiful. Great value for money
