Hotel Duomo is just 15 steps up the stone stairway from Orvieto's majestic Gothic Cathedral. All rooms feature air conditioning, an LCD TV with DVD player, and a small table with 2 chairs. Some offer views of the Cathedral. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room! I felt comfortable and safe as a solo traveler and absolutely LOVED the location. There was a parking lot close by in which I used to store my rental car while I stayed here. I would highly recommend considering a stay here if cleanliness, safety, and comfort is what matters most to you.

There is a lovely swimming pool but I didn't get a chance to to test it due to lack of time (and probably a little cool the weather at this time!) The hotel is located high up above the lovely Fonti del Clitumno, right in the midst of nature with beautiful views and peace! It is also close to Spoleto and Trevi, two lovely hilltop towns worth visiting! The hotel welcomes you with open arms, at whatever time you arrive! Alessandro and his mother are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them!
