Hotel is really clean, every guests are required to take off shoes and they even cleaned our luggage wheels upon entering, i love the concept. However the area for us to wear shoes is small hence it can be quite of a hassle when it is crowded. There’s free yukata rental, free drinks at the lobby, popsicle and ramen (within specific time). Hotel has everything we need and we had a great time relaxing. Our room is really spacious with a traditional bath tub my kids enjoyed alot. Kids also have their own separate room to sleep, love this privacy. We went for public bath, private bath, it such a great place to unwind after a day of snow play. The breakfast and dinner kaiseiki spread were sumptuous. It was an excellent stay and we highly recommend anyone to try it! Do remember to book in advance!
