Luckly, we had an amazing weather to see Mt Fuji during our stay. They picked us from the train station and they again left us to train station by their car, we are really apprecited for their kindness.

There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. Fuji is visible on sunny days from several rooms. A TV is provided in the Queen Room. The dormitory is cosy and clean. I was surprised by the quality of the duvet, it's super comfortable. The restaurant has an amazing menu and everything was perfect. The staffs are very friendly. And a special thank you to Masako! My mum and I stayed for two nights in this hotel and it was a wonderful stay. As we got off the bus the wonderful owner came and greeted us and welcomed us with tea and check in instructions. We were fortunate enough to have clear sky and the reflection on the lake of Fuji San is incredible. The room had the most amazing view of Fuji San, space, comfort and amenities. The lake location has two small cafe/restaurants that we visited. We also had one dinner in the common area, as the restaurants close early, again with an amazing view.They also sell drinks and snacks/ramen in reception too. The onsens are open until late and are very wonderful. A gorgeous panoramic 1 hour hike can be found 5 minutes walk from the hotel. All in all the stay was very lovely, the most memorable take away has to be the kind staff who were lovely to chat too, attentive and kind. The owner, a wonderful man who made us feel most welcome in his hotel. Would love to visit again.

My best experience at an accommodation by far. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They had even studied a few words in my native language (Finnish) to greet me. Really brought a smile to my face and felt like I was really taken care of. They were very helpful and taught me about Fuji. My Japanese skills weren't really good, but the staff were patient and very understanding. The onsen was great and I felt really relaxed after enjoying one. A yukata was also provided to be worn during the stay. There were clear instructions on how to properly wear one and it was beautiful and comfy to wear. There was also a good view of Mt. Fuji out of the room's window. I happened to be lucky and have a view without clouds. The room was a traditional tatami-mat room and there were lots of necessities provided. Also green tea and sweets came with the room. I really hope to visit again in the future.
