The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. They offer laundry service at a fair price and also rental of scooters. Good breakfast.

The resort is 1 km from Provincial Community Beach and 4 km from Kep Ferry Dock. The Teuk Chhou Waterfall is 30 km away. Very nice location, short walk to crab market and restaurants. Resort is quiet, easy to relax. Manager and staffs are friendly and helpful. Best recommend.
