I appreciate they being honest and did not overcharge me for doing my laundry such as many hotels. I paid what with the outsider laundromat exactly charged. Ms. Khawala changed the room for me when I express dissatisfaction with my first room on the second floor after my first night being there. Also, Mr. Younis was so helpful, answering all my questions and even took me to Currency exchange office when I needed it!
