Rented for 5 nights, but stayed for 12. Nice view to the garden with a pool and hammocks, big apartment, comfortable bed, very good WiFi (! Rare thing), Netflix, safe, fully equipped kitchen, which includes a mixer for smoothies. A cherry on the top - really private pool and a barbecue zone on the rooftop! With a great view, especially during sunrises. Also there is a good common place on the roof to work, but there is no WiFi( I really really enjoyed the place a lot. Would stay longer if I didn't need to leave. Pretty close is a touristic street with nice restaurants, bike rental and etc. Nice, helpful and very quickly responding host.

Located on Akumal Bay, this 4-star beach resort is only a 20-minute drive to Tulum. This resort features 2 beach-side pools and 3 restaurants serving international cuisine. The resort was an awesome size. Everything within walking distance in a couple minutes. 4 restaurants, sushi bar & 24 hour snack bar. And the the buffet had a great assortment to pick from every day. Every room has an ocean view. 💙. Live music and bands at the main bar 🍸.

Winday Hotel - Cerca de 5a Avenida se nachází na ideálním místě v centru města Playa del Carmen. Pláž Playa del Carmen se nachází 1 km daleko a ADO mezinárodní autobusové nádraží 2,7 km. Location, Fiendly and helpful staff at the reception and technician who did this daily job excellent! Hot water and water pressure was good..big improvement! Value for money.

Located in Playa del Carmen, Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Playa del Carmen has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and free WiFi. Quite a superb location. Close to everything. Conveniently placed along Ave. Constitución just before 5ta avenida. Free parking available for guest (a luxury here). Breakfast covers the most important items of a good breakfast and customer service here is superb. Especial for the front desk personnel such as Flor and the lobby men like Kevin. Rooms are comfortable, have a nice AC unit and cleanliness is top-notch. We did not use it. But right in the lobby is a Tour Agency with a repertoire of activities in case you need to do something extra or else previously not planned. This will be our go to hotel for stays at Playa del Carmen

That was one of the best experiences we had. The staff was amazing !! Friendly, helpful and nice. I read different comments about the staff at the breakfast and beach bar and our experience was amazing. They were super fast, helpful and always smiley. We really enjoyed our breakfasts. Special thank you to Jorge, Juan, Freddy, Gustavo, Gerardo and Vicky. You do really great job and with a great attitude. The rooms are very clean and very spacious. Especially the beach front rooms - as if you are in a paradise. And finally the reception staff Carlos, Orfe and another lady were also very helpful and nice. The check in was quick and smooth. Since the hotel is located in a national park it feels like you are so disconnected from real world and that is just so really relaxing. Also you just pay once for the park entrance, only when you get inside the park for the first time and then at the reception they provide you with braclet for the day in case you want to exit the park. That was a really unforgetabbble experience for our family. Thank you !!

Featuring an extensive garden, continental breakfast, a wooden terrace with hammocks and a beautiful fountain, Hotel Hulku is located 200 metres from Playa del Carmen's beaches. That was wonderful experience! I would like to recommend this hotel, it's so lovely place.
