Well, actually, mostly (only??) sand, but what is that, if not very tiny rocks(-like stuff)?? These are each a 10-minute walk, with the forest Nesserbos behind it.This is the ideal base from which you can start cycling routes or hiking tours. excellent staff, trying to help and accommodate in everything. It can be seen that this is a hotel that is carefully supervised by the owner. Breakfast in a large time range.

"Logement Bij Hen op Ameland" is a characteristic small Hotel in the centre of Hollum, a village on the island of Ameland. The hotel is at walking distance from the beach and the sea.

Each hotel room has its own island theme. All have a private bathroom with hairdryer and a flat-screen TV. I had a really great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and it was something I looked forward to every morning. The staff were all super friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I’d definitely come back again
