Really good communication with staff. Kitchen with free coffee machine on every floor and big refrigerators and cooking facilities. . There's even a washing machine in basement. The location is excellent. Easy walking distance everywhere, harbour, piers and airport bus. It's also very quiet and bed very comfortable. And there's car parking if you need it.

The hotel was lovely, in a great location, very nice staff and the best breakfast by far I've had in a hotel on a very long trip. It was a 10-star breakfast, something for everyone. I'm not used to such narrow beds (and they couldn't be placed together). I was afraid to roll over in the middle of the night.
