Really good breakfast, free parking (charging available) and nice staff that assisted when water unexpectedely was turned off during morning routine due to renovation. We had not even noticed that renovation was going on.

Central Trondheim and Trondheim Spektrum are both a 10-minute walk away. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent service. A very nice breakfast was included. Although it is across the river from most of the tourist destinations, we bought all-day bus passes and easily got around.
