Excellent value hotel that I have used before. Rooms are large and clean and the bed is really comfortable. Bathroom was well equipped and the shower was great. We had a small balcony and although the view was mainly other buildings, it was still nice to have. Breakfast was good but perhaps could have a little more choice although the service and quality of available food, including pho, was very good. Coffee machine needs replacing as crazy slow!! The location might look far out but in practise its in a great area within 15 minutes walk of the war museum and there are lots of great bars and restaurants with 5 minutes walk. Will stay here again

I had such a lovely stay here. The whole place felt incredibly inviting, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax after a long day out. The staff treated us warmly from the first moment. The room was clean, comfy, and surprisingly quiet. Honestly, such an exceptional little spot in the city.

We stayed here for 5 nights and are very pleased! The room we initially received wasn't the one we booked, but the owners were extremely nice and switched the room with no problem :) It's very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The location is also great with many good food places nearby (we loooved the grilled banana sticky rice that's a minute away). There was no noise at night and no noise in the accommodation from other rooms.
