I would like to commend the staff at this hotel, Robert was amazing and very hospitable in meeting all our queries regarding Hoi An. They were also very helpful in arranging our airport transfers and laundry services. The hotel is also in a prime location, 5 minute walk to Old Town. Plus, it's a bonus that Robert gave us Bánh mì when we arrived and even when we were flying out (as we were leaving during lunchtime). He also gave us mung bean treats to have with tea - he is very thoughtful that way.

Breakfest buffet was not big but had enough variety and the food was tasty. Great location that allowed to stay in quite quiet neighbourhood but i'm walking distance from river and old town. They also offer bicycles free of charge with which you can reach beach in 10-15 minutes or get a nice ride through rice paddies. And most important- service, hotel stuff is very helpfull and polite, as we were leaving hotel very early in the morning,before the breakfest was served, they prepared boxes with some food to eat in the airport for us we got while checking-out. Price is good and hotel is worth every vnd.

The Position on the Island is fantastisc, quiet and away from the tourist mile, but the hotspots are easily accessible

L’établissement December Hoi An Villa se situe à Hội An, à 2,5 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Musée d'histoire de Hoi An. Staff were absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and had good views. Not as close to the main hub but not too far and the amazing stay will make up for the short walk/grab ride away. 10 out of 10 and if I’m ever back in Hoi An, this is where I’ll stay, 100%. Thank you.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially Chloe at reception, who gave us lots of information about the town, restaurants, tours,... and helped us with train tickets and shuttles.

Kevin was really friendly and helpfully. He gave me lots of information about Hoi An, such as good restaurants and the best tailors in town. He supplied with good travel tips and made stay very comfortable. I arrived in the morning after taking a night bus and it was no problem to check in immediately. I would absolutely recommend!

L’établissement Aman Riverside Hotel se trouve à Hội An, à 600 mètres de ce lieu d’intérêt : Pont couvert japonais. I liked everything about this hotel. The staff was super friendly, helpfull and professional, going out of there way to ensure our comfort. Miss Sofie and miss Mia is superhosts. We also had a friendly chat with the owner who gave us an excellent recommendation on restaurant to visit. The location is the best. It is away from the noise and yet only a very short walk (2 minutes) to Night market and old town. It have a lovely pool to relax and everything is very clean and new. They have a whole list of activities that is recommended at very good prices. We originally booked 4 nights and then move to a new stay to try something different but we continued to stay at Aman Riverside because of how welcome we felt.

Flower is an amazing host whose cheerfulness and generosity are second to none. She made us feel like part of her family during our 4 night stay. She prepared a delicious full breakfast for us each morning, and served it at a nice table by the pool! She organized tours, an airport pick up, and laundry service for us. We recommend her suggested egg coffee workshop at Calm House 1! We enjoyed the yoga room very much as well. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful place while in Hoi An! You will be glad you did.

Super kind and friendly staff, nice breakfast. The location is very close to the beach and plenty of restaurants around. The kids also loved the pool. Free shuttle to/from the city 2/1 times per day, but Grab or the transfer via the hotel were also easy (and not expensive) to arrange.
