Certain units at the property feature a balcony with a city view. I had a wonderful time at Lavande and would recommend this place to everyone. First of all, the location is perfect! It is right at the center but not in a busy street. The host is very friendly and served us some nice breakfast in the mornings. She took care of everything we've asked for. They also have laundry service and I received my clean clothes back on the same day. The room was cozy and clean with a nice balcony.

The street closes for traffic at 6pm making it a walking area filled with wonderful street food and activity. The Staff was exceptional - we arrived early after taking the overnight train from Ha Noi and they provided early check in and did the utmost they could do even though they were fully booked the night before. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast really good- not just a buffet but also individual choices as to some hot food that you ordered the night before.
