This is my second time staying at a Toyoko Inn hotels chain. I like everything about them. The first time I stayed in Asakusa, which was closer to the city center. Omori is a bit further away. But I like the cleanliness and the breakfast.

All the staff are very accommodating and helpfull. Rooms are very clean. Also near the station. The free shuttle is a huge help too.

We stayed at Toyoko Inn for an overnight layover in Haneda. Hotel is perfect for our needs: clean and comfortable room. free shuttle to/from Haneda, free breakfast, small but functional bathrooms. There's also water dispenser to refill your water bottle. We did not use but there's a self service laundry. There's 7-11 across the street. We will stay here again if ever we find ourselves having another overnight/long layover

Very convenient location to public transportation. All the staffs are very informative and friendly. That makes me feel very comfortable during my stay at this hotel. The buffet style breakfast is great, too.
