Great location. Provides all one may expect from a chain hotel.

This was our blow the budget hotel for the last night of our tour of Spain and it was worth every penny. The room was fantastic with a terrace that overlooked the bay and, at a stretch we could see our ferry come in in the morning of the day we were leaving! The staff were lovely, great garage parking for the motorcycle, we could not fault it.

This was a basic/budget hotel but friendly staff and some shared comforts not found elsewhere at the price. Well placed for the old town and a short walk to the train station

Good chain hotel with everything you’d expect

Great location with plenty of places to eat nearby, and easy walking to places of interest, including the Guggenheim. Our room was modern, very clean and comfortable. Really liked the water cooler by the lift for refilling our water bottle. Breakfast, buffet style, was good and very reasonably priced. The staff were really helpful and friendly. All in all, for a budget hotel, it was excellent.

This is a modern, well-located hotel with all the facilities one expects from a large chain. Parking (motorcycle in our case)is easy to access, well lit and secure. The management were happy with a single payment for 2 bikes, not always the case. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed.

Loved our stay at Casual Jazz , receptionist was so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean , super comfy big bed . Nice selection for breakfast. Good location with car parking. Lovely 20 min walk to the Old Town , LaConcha beach . San Sebastian is a real gem .

We did not stay at this hotel . They informed us in advance that there was a problem with the room so gave us a room in their sister hotel Casual de las Olas over the bridge for same price.

Stayed one night during a car ride from Portugal to France. Staff was super friendly and helpful, as are Spaniards in general! I have stayed multiple times in Casual hotels (it's a chain) and service has always been very good! Would stay again for sure!
