good business hotel in the core of the city. kind reception- fair value for money

Very average , outdated hotel.Room was dark and tiny with widow covered from outside so there was no sunlight access to it even though the day was bright and sunny.Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast very limited with only cold continental buffet but at least was included in price. Location is great so if you just want place for sleep and head into town than its a place for you.Oh yeah , make sure you tighten your belt before you put the room key in your pocket cuz they attach keychain to it that weighs like half a kilo 😂

satisfactory business hotel...

Location, even though it’s more of a business hotel, it’s actually very convenient for the leisure traveller with the metro outside providing easy and quick access to the central areas. Also there are some excellent and reasonably priced family run restaurants in the streets not too far from the hotel . Staff are pleasant, breakfast was fine and I had a great view of the alps from my room.

A greatly budget hotel in a convenient location, although internal fixtures and fittings are dated,this is the cleanest hotel stay ever. The house keeping team are superb. A lot of care and attention is taken.

Absolutely amazing manager and team. My flight was delayed, my snow chains didn't fit my car and I was stranded in a blizzard at 2am. They tried to find me alternative accomodation and then drove to get me, before being up to cook breakfast at 7am. You don't get people in life like that very often anymore. I could not be more grateful - they are absolute gentlemen

Large room, very good location, very clean and in good shape. A fine budget hotel

I liked the position, and the private parking just in front of the hotel. Good air conditioning, on days of extremely high temperatures. Room adequate for a business hotel. I appreciated that there were two chairs, although there is only room for one person working at the desk. Staff at reception welcoming, kind and competent.

I don't often take the trouble to post reviews, but the staff really deserve a positive review. They managed to pull off the perfect balance between casual and professional, between friendly and courtesy. From the reception desk to the porters. While I'm at it: very comfortable, large bed, spacious room, big bathroom. All very nice.

We were looking for a budget hotel & weren't expecting much and we were very pleasantly surprised. Luca is a lovely host, we had access to lots of equipment (fridge, fan, AC, TV, microwave, kettle etc.) as well as a free breakfast and drinks. Upon arrival we had a problem with the wifi, so we called Luca and he made himself available immediately to fix it. The toilet is outside of the room but private and the shower is shared with only one other room, and everything is very cozy, comfortable and clean.
