The hotel was very clean and well maintained and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Being a property with only 50 rooms it was all very personal but it obviously won’t be as sophisticated as some of the larger 5 star chains

It's a budget hotel with value for money. Location is good with lots of eating places within walking distance. There is a bus service that passes by the hotel.

if you are planning for a budget hotel. I would recommend this hotel because it offer an affordable price. We just use the room for sleep and get ready only. So, I saved some money in that. Toilet was clean, heater pressure is nice. Aircon is working as normal. Tv Channel got 4 in different race language. Chinese, Tamil, English and Malay. I don't have problem with that. They provide hairdryer but need to ask in the reception. No toiletries are provided.

Far to find the breakfast..hotel is in chaina town and hotel not have cafe.

Clean..value for money. As this is a budget hotel, there is only a temp staff assigned at check in. He cannot understand English well. So cant comment much on staff part.

Near fast food chains and food centre for dinner. Away from traffic jam

The location, overall room facilities, response to problems were all satisfactory. In a holiday season, the rate Holiday crown was offering is just great. I was not expecting something this good at the time of booking (keeping budget hotel in mind).
