Such kindness shown to us by the lovely lady at reception. Next time we're in KL we'll stay at this hotel JUST because she's so warm and generous. Great value budget hotel. Exceptionally clean. Great location. But most of all.... the warmth of the welcome.

The bed was comfy but very short! No tea and coffee facilities, just a couple of bottles of water. The room absolutely stunk of either damp or drains, and the corridor didn’t smell much better. Easy walking distance from T2. Bar was ok. Breakfast wasn’t very good, curry, a bit of fruit, eggs beans and bread. The ‘orange juice’ was powdered. Budget hotel at best and overpriced.

The staff were very nice, and communication was smooth. We arrived before check-in time, and they were willing to let us check in early for free. There was no laundry detergent in the room, but when I casually asked the staff, they offered to provide some for us free of charge. The room facilities were great and very suitable for families. If you're not used to the local food or want to cook for yourself, the induction cooker in the room can meet your needs. By the way, the bed was very soft and comfortable.

The place is great for a budget hotel, comfortable enough for the price and very central.

Very clean budget hotel with helpful staff, close to KL Sentral train station (where you catch the train to/from the airport) and the NU Sentral Mall. Compact room (okay for a couple of nights) with good sized fridge, kettle and both air-con and wifi work well. Checkout up until 1pm a bonus.
