Absolutely perfect yet again. This time I booked for my mum and her friend and the customer service I received was beyond exceptional and friendly. Everything was taken care of and i had no worries or problems at all. Alot of the bigger well known hotel chains could definitely learn alot from the staff at Hotel Kastel. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms amazing. Thank you again and I look forward to booking at Hotel Kasztel again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fab location. Close enough to walk to Old Town 10/15 mins & Kazimierz & Wisła river ( I'm a walker so my 25, 000 step count on the Saturday wasn't a surprise - tram to Old Square is also an option) yet quiet - off the main street so slept well. Great connection by local train from Kraków Main to Grzegórzki station. Wasn't expecting trendy boutique type hotel nor chain-hotel type style so not disappointed. Comfy & clean. Bathroom super. Breakfast good. All staff at every point v.friendly & helpful.

Small cosy rooms with a place for small family. A large double bed + a Sofa bed 24/7 snack shop near reception Breakfast was super amazing 10/10 Its a business hotel so many rooms on a floor. Clean bathroom with shower gel, shampoo and body lotion.

This is my first time staying in this hotel but I've stayed in the other Hotel Kazimierez nearby belonging to the same chain many times. This hotel lived up to expectations and I highly recommend it. Wonderful breakfast, perfect location, great staff and the rooms are immaculate. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and I'm looking forward to returning

As usual PURO chain did not dissapointed. I liked room, breakfast & location.

The hotel was clean and very modern they also had lavender station you could take a small bag to place under your pillow , a small detail like this really inpressed me considering a hotel chain . The staff were so polite and happy to help , the location was perfect too away from the center but only a 10 minute tram ride . The rooms were spacious and had a strict no smoking policy which I loved being a non smoker . The facilities were also 5 star and free to use .

Great hotel with a great potential? Loved the amazing premises, yoga, sauna and the gym. They can definitely compete with the big chains like CitizenM and should definitely expand abroad.

Exceptional standard for relatively budget hotel. I’ve been to worse 4-star hotels. Very helpful staff. Enormous bathroom. The place was absolutely spotless. Huge tv and bed.
