It is fully equipped with all facilities needed in the kitchen, living room and bathroom.
The Villetta was very clean when we arrived.
Although there is an instruction booklet for every electronic device, the owner was available to answer any questions.
The train station is 3-4 minutes from the Villetta so we could leave the car at the parking garage instead of driving in the traffic jams at the center of Munich.
