The coach house was absolutely beautiful with high-quality furnishings and every amenity you could think of. The location was great - a quick drive to either Bray, Maidenhead, or our favourite Windsor. Hostess Julia was simply lovely - always on hand if you needed anything but completely unobtrusive. As cat lovers, we were delighted that there was a very friendly cat on the property who we coaxed into liking us and coming for the odd visit - but if you"re not a cat lover you'd hardly notice them. I truly didn't want to leave. What a gloriously quaint but spacious English countryside mini-manorhouse!

Free parking was available right outside the house. Our group spent a wonderful night here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location couldn’t be better. 2 mins to the High Street so you can run back and forth with shopping. M&S, Boots, Waterstones, Sainsbury, Guildford Castle etc all very nearby. Easy 10 min walk to the train station and 5 mins to bus station. Quick 7 min drive to University of Surrey. So many restaurants and cafes to choose from. Having a parking space was very useful.

I just loved this beautiful little house in Guildford!! It is a typical English little house with everything you need. It is on 2 floors, with a kitchen, dining, sitting and backyard on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. It is so cozy and you immediately feel at home. It is a short bus ride to the town centre and train station. There is a groceries shop nearby for anything you may need. The host communication was very good. Very highly recommended.

This house was very very welcoming and super cosy it was so nice to be able to sit together with family and relax after a very busy day walking round London rather than being in separate rooms in a hotel we all had a fantastic night sleep to recuperate before heading to Lapland UK in the morning The house was clean and tidy and very well presented It's around an hour outside of central London it's a really quiet area we didn't hear a single thing There's a large table situated in the front room which was perfect to sit at and eat all together There's ample seating in the back room to huddle round and watch a movie on the TV to wind down and if you want and weather permitting there's plenty of outdoor seating and even a hot tub to enjoy
