KandyLiving Villa was the best place we stayed at during our trip through Sri Lanka. Sandy and her family are lovely people who made sure we felt very welcome. We were expected with a welcome drink and a tour through her beautiful vegetables and fruit garden. The room was very tidy and looked exactly as beautiful as the pictures. The breakfast was really the best we had in Sri Lanka and we were able to try many delicious local dishes. All in all it was an amazing experience and we would definitely recommend to go there.

Everything was perfect! The place was clean has a very homey vibe. Host Nalin made our stay more memorable and enjoyable. He’s kind, very friendly, very polite,professional,very respectful and very thoughtful. We had the best holiday ever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Such a hidden gem. Raj and the staff met and exceeded our expectations. This is a very pleasurable accommodation with a very calm, welcoming and pleasurable vibe as well as a highly attentive staff. It was my daughter's birthday and upon mentioning this, Raj secured a cake and even some presents so we were able to celebrate. Overall a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay, next time we stay a bit longer to enjoy all the fancy facilities of the property. Chaminda is a really lovely host, his communication is fantastic, sent lots of information before we checked in and was always on hand with help and recommendations from the moment we arrived in Sri Lanka, even helped organize taxis and restaurant recommendations before we even arrived in Kandy, we could not ask for more from a host. The villa is beautiful, with a green garden area with an open terrace and lounge. Among the facilities at this property are fully equipped kitchen facilities and guests can enjoy their own cooking free Wi-Fi throughout the property. If you are in Kandy and want a peaceful out of town stay, this villa is for you 👌

Shawn and his boys were fantastic hosts and made us feel so welcome and part of the family - going out of their way to ensure we had the best time. The accomodation was just outside the city so it was nice and peaceful - easy to get local bus or pickmes into main Kandy. Facilities were great - it was nice to have a hot shower and access to a kitchen and living area. We also loved the added bonus of being around dogs! Would highly recommend and hope to stay again when we’re back in Sri Lanka in the future

Initial thoughts were that the location was quite a way out of Kandy city centre. That turned out to be a blessing. The peaceful setting only disturbed by the morning chorus of monkeys running around. The rooms are incredibly comfortable. Air con, mosquito nets etc. The highlights though were firstly the hosts, they could not do enough for us, from refusing to charge for laundry (we had to insist) to repairing damaged clothing! Secondly, the breakfast. The saying is breakfast loke a king, you have no choice but to here! The amount and quality was suberb. Thank you so much for making our 3 days in Kandy so special

Amazing stay. The place is absolutely gorgeous. A villa immersed in nature, with a little river passing under the dining room - loved the relaxing sound. The staff is very kind and prepares delicious food, ingredients are fresh and everything is made with care. Overall, I definitely recommend it, especially if you are a group of 6-8 people to have the whole villa by yourself
