This place is an absolute gem! The house is stunning, the location perfect, and the atmosphere peaceful. The heated pool with ocean views was easily my favorite part. You’re just a short drive from Ponta Delgada, 5 minutes from Populo Beach for surfing, and within easy reach of the whole island. Plus, there are two natural pools right next door. Everything about our stay was incredible. A huge thank you to our host Teresa, for making everything about our stay so special. It felt like a home away from home. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Casa Cayenne is such a cozy and great place to stay at, it is really close to Ponta Delgada center by car, and you have everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Plus it's on a pineapple greenhouse plantation, making it super unique! The garden on site from which you can pick herbs and salad is a really great addition, as is the pineapple culture tour given by Luis. Luis and Noelia are such great hosts, super welcoming ! Communication was fast and easy. Would recommend to anyone wishing to spend a few days on Sao Miguel Island.

Beautifully appointed apartment with a very convenient location. Convenient parking right at the door of the house. On the neighboring street in 2 minutes walk there is a coffee shop, grocery store with everything you need. To the city center 7 minutes on foot. The owners are super hospitable, caring like your closest friends. So careful to take care of your stay that you only want to come back here. Which we will be. Thank you so much.

The place is wonderful. We had a great time. It's spacious, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one en-suite, a big dining room, kitchen area and a living room. There's also a garden, where had a bbq. Great place to stay for a family, enough beds for six. Most of all I have to emphasize the hosts. Ana and Ricardo were so welcoming, even took us around their pineapple plantation. We felt like VIPs. And at the end, I managed to forget my mobile phone at the house, couldn't get back in because we left the key inside and it was locked already, so while we went to the airport, to check-in, they got the phone and brought it to the airport. If they hadn't, I would have probably missed the flight. Can't recommend the place enough.

Everything.. From the location& the pool to the little touches like leaving a welcome hamper, useful guest book full of info to cupboards stocked with the basics & special towels for thermal spa days, there is absolutely nothing we could fault. Our host was a great communicator & so welcoming. The beds were perfect, towels fluffy & the house was spotless.. It was phenomenal value & the perfect base for our holiday to beautiful Azores.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay at Casa Cecilia Meireles. Our Airbnb reservation was cancelled and we needed to find something the same afternoon. Once we booked here, the communication was instantaneous, clear, and friendly. We had no issues finding the property and entering, and when we did, we found a luxurious, clean, and comfortable home for our stay in Ponta Delgada. The house is really top-spec inside, with lovely bedrooms and very new bathrooms and kitchen. A big selling point is the small garden, which has a covered table for eating meals (we did breakfast and dinner) and some astroturf for enjoying the sun. We had a car, so it wasn't an issue that the property is slightly outside of the city centre. We parked on the street (rather than in the garage), which also caused us no problems. And when we wanted to visit restaurants in the evening, it was often a pleasant walk into town (although admittedly we did take taxis back - who wants to walk late in the evening after a big meal!). The only feedback I would give to the owners would be to ensure cooking basics like oil are available - especially as the kitchen is so gorgeous! All in all, we're really pleased that our Airbnb booking fell through so we were able to stay here.

    Gorgeous lay out, independent entry for each villa, beautiful garden area, great to have a private jacuzzi, very spacious accommodation, cute details (placemats and plaids with villas do Olival written on it) great quality overall and above all the friendly Angelina! Hypermarket pingo doce very close by by car 3 mn.

    So much money has been spent building these villas. They are finished to a high specification and have everything you need. Quiet, comfortable and a dip in the hot tub was a lovely way to finish the evening. We loved our 2 night stay here.
