Everything was just perfect. The hosts explained to us clearly how to get in and what to do. The location was perfect and close to the center. Great location next to the citadel of Alba. Everything is perfect at this location. Very clean and bigger rooms with a spacious living room and kitchen with all the facilities. Everything. We traveled 4 adults and two years young kid. The property is fully equipped with everything needed, in summer even two kitchens. The house was clean, comfortable and authentic to Transylvania region. Nice backyard where to spend time. Simona is very friendly and welcoming, she also picked up a vegetables and fruits from her garden for us.

The appartment in half of a semi-detached house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The young couple and their children speak English fluently, are friendly and very communicative. It is a good place to live with Romanians and have some more 'interaction with the locals' than in a hotel our guest house. They know what is worth discovering in Alba Iulia and the surrounding area (and our stay here was far too short...). Ha! And after two weeks of travelling, it was nice to have our laundry done here! And for those interesd from the Low Countries: the former village of Baranbantia, where settlers from Flemish or Walloon Brabant once settled, is just on the other side of the main road. And for those interested in Polish history: the tomb of Izabela Jagiellonka is located in the church on the citadel.
