it's a small independent modest house, very simple yet cozy. There's no AC but surprisingly very comfortable, I never feel hot in that little house. I LOVE IT very much. The owner delivers the mosquito coils every evening, and on the last day they gave me a fresh coconut. Perfect place for some quiet, alone time. Internet also working perfectly.

The rooms were bigger than expected, were very clean and provided everything we needed. The bathrooms were very nice and the balconies were lovely too. Location s great, it is quite near bang niang marker, but is also in a very quiet and secluded place. The main highlight is the lovely staff and their lovely, well trained dogs. They are very, very friendly and will do anything to help you enjoy your stay. They have a very warm energy and kind smiles. We liked it so much we have booked another two weeks for next month.

Minny is a wonderful host. Her garden is so beautiful and well kept. The swimmingpool was nice for a swim and the beach around the corner amazing. Restaurant next door had nice food. Daily cleaning was a nice bonus. Thank you Minny!
