Nice clean modern room with many kitchen amenities (if you want to eat take out food in the room), large refrigerator, 2 balconies. There is a water filter with the kitchen sink so you get unlimited drinkable water. Well soundproofed (cannot hear the activity from nearby outdoor restaurants which have some music playing when you close the windows). Host very responsive and helpful. They even have a real orchid in the room! Extremely thoughtful! Many small cute breakfast restaurants close by (check on google maps). Housekeeper is also very nice. Will definitely come back. (and I did!).

The staff is beyond friendly and very helpful with planning events around the city. They helped me plan a private car for a day trip to Chiang Rai. They were so kind and willing to make breakfast early for me before the scheduled breakfast time. The place is absolutely gorgeous and is full of history.

The hosts are really friendly to greet us and let us store luggage before check in time. When we back to take keys, they even provide sandwiches, desserts and fruits. Also helped us do the laundry, clean and fast. Even the house is old, but can't reduce your feeling during the vacation, love the house design. The house also super near busy area, one Ninman, MAYA, and can buy lots of foods and drinks outside. The massage just outside is the best one. Thanks for maintaining this house and let us as foreigners enjoy the local Thai living style.
