Elmo was a great host! His communication and instructions were clear and spot on from the start. We experienced municipal water supply issues. Even though this was not his fault at all, he stepped up and took control of the situation. Initially he supplied us with MANY liters of bottled water and kept us updated of the repair process continuously. When he realized that this would not be sorted out soon, he provided alternative luxurious accommodation on his own accord. Brilliant service

The whole process was very pleasant and as we didn't know exactly when we would arrive we were able to move into the beautiful house by keybox. Everything was very uncomplicated and very friendly.
