We were with our 18 month old toddler and the following was awesome with a kid: - less than a block’s walk to the beach (chill dirt road) - ground level bungalow and fully gated property so pretty safe for her to run around - a smaller pool in addition to the big pool that she could stand in (she’s 80 cm tall) and has an umbrella so it can be fully shaded - had her own air-conditioned room (and they provided a big pack-n-play/crib) - no breakfast, but just 50 m toward the beach is an amazing breakfast place that we went to every morning (Bridgett’s Ranch - so many animals, wild and domesticated!)

This recently renovated villa is located 700 metres from Negra and 22 km from Jaguar Rescue Center. This is a very good quality and comfortable rental. We booked the whole property and used all three rooms. We liked the indoor - outdoor lounge and kitchen and found the pool a delight. We enjoyed the birds and animals in the surrounding trees. The property caretaker was helpful and charming. We highly recommend this property.
