Hot tub was incredible after a long day of hiking in the Cairmgorns and was very easy to use singlehandedly. Kitchen was well stocked.

The holiday home also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Fairdene Cottage was perfect. So adorable and comfortable. I was able to visit Balmoral and also the Ballater train station with a replica of Queen Victoria's train carriage. I loved everything about the cottage and its location.

Perfect central location for exploring Aberdeenshire and neighbouring Moray. Quiet peaceful setting surrounded by rolling farmland with lovely walks and lots of wildlife. Only 5 mins drive from Turriff a nice wee town with shops, pubs and a great chipper. Lovely friendly hosts also, even gave us a gift of some gorgeous honey produced on the farm. Overall 5 star.
