The owners left us with a snack and items needed for our stay. Since it is located on the Main Street, it is just a short walk to many of the stores. We had such a nice sleep here. It was our favourite stay in our entire trip!

I particularly loved the wood furnishings and exposed brick wall in the kitchen! The facilities are excellent and considerate – the kitchen is stocked with all the cooking equipment we need, the bedrooms are comfortable and relaxing, and there is even a box of board games, books and toys. The host, Sarah, is considerate and easily reachable by message. She made us feel very welcome – thank you for hosting us in a lovely home.

Colorful, cosy and full of joy ♥️ you can tell the owners truly care for the property and the guests that visit. We were only there for a short trip but found the cottage to be the highlight of our time in Whitby! The breakfast hamper and milk were so appreciated as we had to head out fairly early. Every room in the cottage has such personality and we loved getting to find all of the carefully curated items throughout. The guest book and watercolours were a lovely touch and we spent some time listening to a record upstairs on the record player. They went above and beyond to contact me when I left a portable fan behind and made sure it got back to me. Truly exceptional hospitality. We’ve already raved about this gem of a find to family and friends so if you are reading this, then we 100% recommend you book in for your Whitby stay! 🥰
