Sunsets and sunrises are beautiful. And also the host is very kind and helpful. His hospitality is wonderful. Of course, the house itself is very nice. Clean, comfortable, spacious and cute. We can say Koukou house is the best. You must try it!

Tucked in a peaceful spot but close enough to town, it offers the best of both worlds – privacy and convenience. The villa is beautifully kept, spotlessly clean, and has everything you could wish for. From the first moment, it felt less like a rental and more like a welcoming home. What made our stay truly unforgettable, though, was the host. After an unexpected car accident, he did everything humanly possible – arranging help, pushing for the repair, and making sure the car was ready in time for our ferry. His care, dedication, and genuine kindness turned what could have been a very stressful moment into just another story to smile about from our trip. We are deeply grateful and cannot recommend Anemi Villa enough – for its comfort, its location, and above all for the extraordinary host Dimitris behind it. The location is perfect - everything is close by but there is no noise so it's easy to recharge for the next day. The room isn't too big but it is just enough for 2. It is very clean, the bed is comfortable. There is everything you need (new air conditioner, coffee machine, hair dryer, a clothes line outside...) and the view from the terrace is great. Serious recommendation for Spitaki!

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located less than 1 km from Stafilos Beach. The place is super clean, nicely decorated with an amazing private pool. The hosts make this place different. The family runs a restaurant Terpsis in front of the apartment that has a tradition more than 50 years old. It was the one of first three restaurants on the island. Amazing and delicious traditional food just in front of the place (we recommend their specialty - chicken stuffed with plums and walnuts). Pantelis, the host, and the rest of the family are locals and more than happy to make your stay even more pleasant. Always smiling and ready to help with an advice as true Skopeliots. If you are coming to Skopelos with your own car, as we did this time, this location is perfect since it is 5 minutes drive from Skopelos town. You have your own covered parking place in the backyard. Even if you don`t have a car during your stay, this location is still perfect since you can catch a bus few steps from the accommodation. Very nice Stafilos beach is just 10 minutes slow walk away.
