The location of the villa is amazing just above the Villa Andrássy. A few minutes walk from Volosko and a little more from Opatija, 10 kms on a quiet minor road from Rijeka. The view of the Kvarner bay is magic from the room and from the dinning room too. The parking place is useful as in all streets you should pay for parking. The stuff were polite, kind and helpful. Breakfasts were always fresh although celebration days.

The house is beautiful, located in a quiet area, and very modern, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. With beautiful outdoor area. You can easily walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a bakery. We would definitely love to come back.

The house is designed with plenty of amenities and activities. Both the kids and adults were delighted with the entertainment and sports options (billiards, bocce, table tennis....). Everything isbrand new and spotlessly clean. Communication with the owner was excellent.

And the absolute highlight was the view of the sea from the terrace… pure perfection! Enjoying coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evening – absolutely priceless. We had a fantastic stay at the cottage. The view is exeptional, the village is super calm and quiet. The whole house feels like luxury. We had a rainy day during our stay, but we didn’t even mind, just stayed in the house, looked out the window all day and felt right at home, so comfortable! The kitchen was also fully equipped with anything you might need! Victorija was kind, helpful and always available. :) We would definitely recommend staying here, this was one of our favorite stays ever!
