We booked this property with 1 hours notice because our original accommodation cancelled our booking last minute. Hong was an incredibly gracious host, accommodating a series of panicked phone calls from us as we tried to avoid sleeping at the station for the evening. He was so incredibly helpful and patient! About the property: The property is centrally located, just behind La Spezia Centrale station (literally a 2 minute walk, with only a slight incline for 10 metres). This location means it’s close enough to the centre of the town for easy access to the port (which includes the ferry to the iconic Cinque Terre), the market and plenty of restaurants, but tucked away in a quiet area so it doesn’t feel like you’re fighting the crowds. The house is extremely spacious, with very comfortable beds in 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms are very clean and spacious as well. The property has a quaint courtyard, perfect for a quiet morning coffee while enjoying the view of the houses up the hill. The house is perfect for groups, and I’d imagine especially so for those travelling with young children as it’s nicely enclosed. The location makes it easy for day trips to Cinque Terre and surrounding areas, without needing to skimp on comfort.

If you go through the tunnel, which is located right under the castle, you will find yourself in a beautiful bay where you can swim and sunbathe. The promenade in Lerici is simply magnificent. To get to the apartment you need to climb one short staircase. The apartment is very clean, there is everything you need - kitchen utensils, hair dryer, iron. Very comfortable bed, and quiet at night because it is located in a quiet street. There isn't enough daylight. The hostess Barbara is beyond praise. She went to meet us and checked in in the morning. In communication she is very pleasant, polite and delicate. She told and explained everything. Communication via WhatsApp. Bravo Barbora. Recommend 100 percent

Very quit and peacefull location and good start point for visiting the area. Very friendly and helpfull owners, very good reception. Big, clean and well equipped house.

I would give 20 stars for the location! The terrace and view is the most beautiful in cinque Terre. Also the outdoor dining table, ping pong table in the terrace, and sunset view. We liked that it was secluded and away from the main town in a very quiet corner of Riomaggiore. Barbara and her husband were helpful from the moment we entered town. From parking the car to helping with our luggage, they were always there to help. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in cinque Terre - this really is the best place.
