Most importantly for me, the house had a car parking lot.

It is great to have a car park lot next to the house since we had a car. Very quiet day and night. Multiple AC is also great to keep the rooms cool. The kitchen is full of cookware and it is convenient. Washing machine and dryer is very fast and efficient.
