The owner was great with communication. The staff was exceptional. We had a freak crisis (somehow got locked out of one of the rooms) late on a Sunday evening. We were able to reach the owner and the staff come and someone was able to help us.

The staff was excellent and very helpful and so was the host! We enjoyed the pool during the day and the warm fire at night. There was also wonderful guidance from the host on activities to do in the area as well as service contacts. We felt very well cared for.

I would definitely recommend this place 100% if you are looking for a getaway weekend plan far in an wilderness kind of setup.
