Amazing location. 2 minute walk to the sand and a 5 minute walk to Smoke and Bitters. 5 minute walk to all the amazing beach front bars and places to eat.

Such a nice place to get to after a long flight. The guy there was after anything we needed and super kind. The pool and decor is gorgeous. The bedrooms were beyond exceptional, with some of the most comfortable pillows and duvet, shower was incredible, aircon and fan was awesome, and welcoming lassies were delicious. The location is great to get to both Dikwella and hiriketiya beach.

Ruwan Jungle Homestay se nachází v Mirisse (jih) a nabízí kola zdarma, zahradu, soukromou pláž, terasu, vybavení pro grilování a výhled do zahrady. Home from home! Ruwan and his family couldn’t have made us feel more welcome to their lovely Homestay. Nothing was too much trouble. The room had a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The shower was powerful and in the heat a welcome relief. Our room was on the small side but this wasn’t a problem as the outside space had a hammock, table and chairs. Breakfast was served daily by Ruwan and his lovely daughter. It was fresh and plentiful and always delivered with a big smile. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t great and took some getting used to. Ruwan did kindly offer to change our room but we declined as we didn’t want to inconvenience him with another room to clean. However it is only fair to share this information. We stayed 4 Nights with Ruwan and his family and everyday he checked on our welfare, if we needed anything or a ride anywhere. He organised a wonderful Whale watching trip for us, one we would recommend, as a must when in this area. Ruwan kindly cooked us a delicious Sri Lanka. Fish supper despite his wife only day’s earlier giving birth to their son. On New Years Day the family invited us for breakfast in their home. The food was plentiful, delicious and a reflection of this family’s kindness and willingness to share their hospitality with us. I urge Anyone in this area to visit Ruwan and his family if wanting an authentic experience. Ruwan, thank you , we will be back. You are in our hearts forever. Xox

Three Gables Boutique Villa se nachází v Mirisse (jih) a poskytuje ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a klimatizací, venkovní bazén a sdílený lounge. Three Gables is a very special, boutique property. The food , attention to detail on every aspect of our stay , including the decor was outstanding . The manager, saresh was focused on ensuring we had the best possible experience. Service levels were incredible! Thank you - We absolutely loved this property and highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sinharaja Vini Villa. The location is beautiful next to the river and close to Sinharaja Forrest reserve. It's so peaceful, nice place to relax. The hosts are such a lovely family, very welcoming. All the family are involved in running the homestay. We also had dinner there, the portions are generous, and also beautiful fresh fruit juices. To walk in Sinharaja forest you need a guide as paths are not clearly marked, our host arranged a guide for the day hike, and was very kind as we arrived back late (we took ages with taking photos) and we were able to shower and freshen up, and had complimentary fruit juice before our onward journey. Our shoes got really muddy, and our host kindly washed them, and dried them for us. Also the accommodation can arrange you transport with good safe drivers. Would certainly recommend staying there, especially if you love a quiet time, nature and Forrest.

Very professional team, excellent breakfast and dinner. The manager Charith helped us a lot on everything that we needed, very nice person. Saman was also very nice with all the family and the rest of the team as well… Congratulations for this great staff!!!

Saltasia Boutique Beach Villa poskytuje restauraci, venkovní bazén, zahradu a terasu. Pláž Thalaramba Beach se nachází několik kroků odtud. Amazing place, the staff were very friendly and helpful they decorate the room for us for our anniversary, food is so delicious and room is super clean, the pool and space outside is outstanding, we went for a walk on the beach it’s like heaven really recommend this place

Ubuntu by Lantern je hotel situovaný v Mirisse ve správní oblasti Matara, 3,7 km od sídla agentury Whale Watching Mirissa organizující plavby změřené na pozorování velryb. The member/s if staff who attended to us were superb.
