There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Excellent cabin in a lovely location. We had a group of 11 adults and it still felt spacious for us. Recent freeze / thaw had made the road in and out very icy, then a small dusting of snow one morning made it really slippery. I contacted the agent and they arranged for a tractor with chains to “rough the surface”, which was enough for our hire cars with non-studded winter tyres.

Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area or keep themselves warm by the fireplace on colder days. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was very spacious and cozy. The beds are large and comfortable with warm blankets. The kitchen had all of the appliances you need and the fire place was great for heating the living space. The big couch is comfortable for nice reads and watching netflix. And the sauna is great for warming up after a long walk. The location was also amazing. You can go for beautiful hikes, mountainbike rides and I guess in the winter do some skiing. The supermarket is only a 10min drive away, which is perfect. The communication with the host was fast (which was nice as we made a last minute booking) and the key was there when we arrived. We definitely want to come back!
