I booked some Prosecco and cake for my boyfriends bday and it was ready at arrival and delicious. We also booked the private spa downstairs which exceeded our expectations. We were three families each of us had private space clean and modern and private bathroom attached to each suite - host went above and beyond with proving us with our needs was always available - kids had plenty of toys and outdoor space to play - the rooms and facilities were fabulous the location could not be better close to everything from station to groceries to restaurants .
