We loved the freshly made & delivered breakfast to our villa door! Absolutely delicious!! Beyond our expectations. Host/staff were so kind & helpful - always friendly. The private pool & outdoor space was perfect- very aesthetically pleasing. Great location - close to the village & beaches - be aware it is a steep street down to town- but you do get used to it quickly! Good exercise!!

Selim is a truly lovely host, as is his son, and they both offered us exceptional hospitality and great help throughout our stay. What wonderful place We stayed a week with two families (total of 8) in this lovely house, felt right at home and were sad to leave. This house was beyond what we expected! It’s no ordinary air bnb! The furnishing and fittings were all high quality. The kitchen, living room and bathrooms are well equipped, there was really nothing that we missed. One of our highlights was the heated pool. Since we stayed in May the weather wasn’t super hot and traveling with young children this heated pool was a real game changer that made it possible for the kids to spend hours in the pool playing without freezing. What a joy! Thank you! It really felt like home right away because the settings of all areas in the house are well thought out, the sofa, garden furniture and the beds of high quality and very comfortable. The view speaks for itself! What a wonderful place! I hope we’ll come back in the future. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Villa was absolutely exceptional, the amenities within the house are superb. Another great feature was the underfloor heating, especially when it’s cold outside and you have a warm villa to come back to. The rooms were all very well maintained and had great views of the coast from the balcony. The living space and the kitchen area was well maintained and had a touch of class!

A 500 metri da Akyarlar Beach, The Ni Villas Akyarlar - Bodrum offre una piscina all'aperto, un giardino e alloggi climatizzati provvisti di balcone e WiFi gratuito. This is the most amazing place to stay and I highly recommend it. We stayed here for over a week and it was the most wonderful trip. Here are some highlights: 1. The host (Koksal) is a wonderful human. This is his family business and he goes above and beyond to assist you with everything. He is very responsive and helpful. 2. The location is really great. Only 3min walk to the bus station, 5min walk to taxi station, 2min walk to bakeries for warm bread and pastry, 5min walk to two large supermarkets (that sell grocery and everything you’ll need), 10min walk to pharmacy or the beach, and there are many restaurants nearby. 3. The property was built just a couple of years ago and everything is very clean (sheets, beds, towels, etc). The pool is quite large and also really clean. There are plenty of pots and pans, glasses, plates, and utensils to serve food to even 10 people. Each room has its own AC and full bathroom. Thank you Koksal for hosting us and being so kind. We hope to come back and stay here again :)
