However, you’ll definitely need a car to commute to any interesting location or at least to get some food: the nearest chain supermarket with decent choice would be approximately 20 minutes by car (Tatariv, then Yaremche). Also worth noting that the entire complex is built on a slope, so be prepared for lots of walking and climbing stairs throughout your stay - good physical fitness is definitely required and might be challenging for elderly guests. The houses are very nice, well-equipped with everything you may need except a washing machine (you can order laundry for extra pay). It was so nice to find a towel and a few bowls for a dog as we left our own at home. Very thoughtful!
