The hotel staff were very accommodating. We arrived early and they ensured the room was ready in 10 minutes. That was greatly appreciated. The guests in the rooms beside & across from our had no regards for being quite they were noisy, allowed the doors to close with bangs, had the tv too loud and were knocking on each other’s doors and talking loudly in the hall. That is not the fault of the hotel it is just simply rude and inconsiderate guests of the hotel.

There's lots of malls in Edmonton and it has one of the lowest tax rates in Canada. You can find almost anything here. Weather in spring, summer and fall is alot better than I thought. Dry and warm and the daylight time is long. A trip of about 4 days is perfect. It's also just a 3 hours drive from Calgary and 4 hours to Banff. Close enough to add a few days to your trip and visit either city. I also fine that there's a fun number of social clubs and social activities. One just needs to look for this before going so that you know which days of the week people meet.

Be careful of what areas you go to.
Be careful of what areas you go to. Some are rougher than others. Lots of fun sites and attractions, but know your route and keep your guard up. Most of the walking trails we have done have been exciting, but again, during the day.

I showed up for my reservation, waited in queue and my turn to checkin came, the front desk woman asked if "I WAS DELIVERY GUY (OR DELIVERING SOMETHING)" basically, she did not think a black man was here to stay in hotel, VERY RACIST !
after booking and confirming my booking (booking.com) and calling hotel to confirm reservation. The hotel refused to accept Visa debit payment, at 10:30 PM, I had to call around and find another place to stay. Already my experience was worse enough even if they did accept my reservation I wouldn't have stayed.

Edmonton is a great city!
Edmonton is a great city! Super affordable with lots of things to do, but you have to plan the time that you come to catch the right events.
People are friendly here, you just have to be aware of yourself as you travel as there are some homeless people downtown - they don't bother you, but its just means you should stay on main streets and you'll be fine.

We live in Calgary so we often take three to five mini holidays. We come up so hubby can gamble and I can do whatever I want or don’t want to do.
We take in local markets, drive around exploring, go to west Edmonton mall, just do whatever.
We could not fault anything about our stay at this hotel. From start to finish, the staff were professional, friendly and did their utmost to ensure our stay was exceptional. The accommodation was comfortable, modern and clean. The continental breakfast provided a variety of options and was great way to start the day. Lastly, the location was very good as it was close to amenities (i.e. a short drive from Telus World of Science, West Edmonton mall, Fort Edmonton park, etc) and we were able to park our car free of charge.
The hotel is conveniently located to both the city and West Edmonton Mall. Reception was friendly and efficient. The suite was large and well equipped. The room and bathroom were very clean. The air conditioner was quiet and effective.
Breakfast was satisfactory but the dining room was too small. We took our breakfast back to our room.
Excellent Indian restaurant located next door.
A true Bed and Breakfast, managed by a couple, Larry and Diana. The room was clean and comfortable with private bathroom (toilet and sink). The breakfast was exceptional with several choices. It’s the closest a visitor could stay to the West Edmonton Mall if that’s your interest. Diana actually did an emergency laundry for us as well. Larry carried our suitcases.
The staffs are super friendly, we felt very welcome as we arrived the hotel. The room is clean and new. Our room is west facing, so we could enjoy the sunset. The location is super convenient, although it is in an industrial area, but there are restaurants and grocery stores close by. Glad about this choice, the best among previous stays in Edmonton.
The hotel is located just beside the West Edmonton Mall. If anyone is going to Edmonton just to visit this mall, this can be a perfect choice. The checkin / checkout is super fast. Just grab the keys and you are good to go. We booked 2 rooms and they gave us 2 rooms with a connecting door which was something we did not expect. We liked this idea.
Very clean, and very friendly staff! This was our second time staying here and we had another wonderful time in Edmonton. Close to everything you need. West Edmonton Mall is a ways away, but if you have a vehicle it’s a nice drive to see more of the city. Gym is great! And everything was very comfortable and clean. We will be back!
Hotel staff was amazing! Super kind and great customer service! Was an amazing experience. I would definitely highly recommend this hotel because of how friendly the staff was and the pool was average size but with a big hot tub. Kid friendly. Close to the west Edmonton mall.
Great location to get to ikea, South common shops, and the airport area outlet mall!
Dennys attached to the hotel, which is lovely!
Friendly staff as well! This is our go to hotel when in Edmonton.
I loved how family friendly this hotel is. In a city like edmonton with the west Ed mall being so close with their attractions it was nice to 'pregame' our fun here first
The chap at reception was very friendly and helpful.
