Truly first class accommodation, from the ultra comfy beds to the superb layout, including the three bathrooms and the spacious kitchen, lounge dining area. Nearly forgot to mention the central location with shops, takeaways, a superb butchers and a pub within easy reach. The nice touch of actual live plants in the living space was appreciated.

Great location, the tent has everything we needed and more (cooker, fire pit for BBQ, fridge, kitchenware, kettle, table chairs). The children’s beds and table & chairs were an excellent touch. Facilities are good and clean. Hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful - brought toys out and a mud kitchen for my girls. Lovely swing, quiet area, peaceful with wildlife (birds, rabbits). I’ll be coming back with some more family!
Very convenient for Woodhall Spa golf resort. We also went to Lincoln which was only 30 mins away well worth a visit. Some lovely local restaurants in the town - no chains. Also nice local shops. Highly recommend the Mediterranean restaurant - ate there twice - food fresh and delicious.

Woodhall Spa is a lovely, quaint little town with interesting independent shops down a long and attractive high street. Some road closures whilst I was there made it hard to get to-I assume these were temporary. Appeared to be a golfers paradise! The book shop and deli are well worth a visit.

A fantastic hotel to stay in.
A fantastic hotel to stay in. Very well located for visiting Bomber Command Memorial, East Kirby Heritage Centre, Battle of Britian Memorial Flight and the City of Lincoln. If travelling to Lincoln use the Park and Ride it's so much easier and cheaper than parking in the city. We will definitely be returning to Petwood Hotel.

This was a short visit to celebrate my husband's birthday.
This was a short visit to celebrate my husband's birthday. After a lovely stay at Petwood Hotel we looked around Woodhall Spa (although we had been there before). Parking is easy - the first 2 hours are free or park on the road. There is a Sainsburys just near to the centre. The individual shops are very interesting. A delightful bread shop/deli, cafes and an independent greengrocer (which is rare) were all well stocked and the staff were very friendly.

Jayne was very welcoming at Brackenside, and went out of her way to help. The bell tent was very spacious and bed was comfortable. There was a purpose built porta kabin with two proper flushing toilets and great shower ,and everything was provided in the kitchen part with use of fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster, and even complimentary cereals milk, fruit, tea and coffee. The site is really peaceful and is only 5 mins drive to Woodhall Spa.we loved this little site and would definitely return and recommend.
This place was the perfect getaway, so peaceful for reading and crochet but only 10 minutes away from Woodhall Spa with it's lovely shops, eateries and outdoor swimming pool. Loads of walking trails and your host Robert is the best! Super polite and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and gifted us eggs from his hens which were delicious. I definitely recommend this place to get away from the rat race, amazing super large garden and bbq area. If you go there you are in for a treat!
Everything in the property is to an extremely high standard and it is spotless everywhere. It is sunny and warm and It has a wonderful patio overlooking the garden and golf course at the end. Parking is right at the front door so no long hauls with luggage. On top of all that Michael provides extras over and above what is expected from milk to wine and crisps and from teas of various specialities to a coffee pod machine and biscuits. There is nothing to fault.
Last minute work booking. Stayed in a suite which was amazing. Fully loaded fridge. Very comfy sofa for a relaxing night in. Breakfast was wonderful. Stayed in a hotel in Woodhall spa previous weekend cost me over trice as much as Village Limits and nowhere near the quality of room and extras. Will be my regular place when here on business. Excellent value for money.
Wonderful apartment in the centre of Woodhall Spa. The attic space rooms was well equipped and fitted out. Easy walk to the key locations in the town. We stayed Thur/Fri evenings and the bonus for us was it was 40's weekend so the street outside was lined with vintage vehicles and people in period costume. Plentiful off-road parking at the rear of the property.
Large room
Super comfy bed, good quality cotton sheets.
Powerful shower and lots of hot water
Very friendly efficient staff, especially the two that worked in the dining room at breakfast.
Good location on Woodhall Spa high Street.
Not luxurious, but this is reflected in the price - functional and comfortable.
The room was lovely very bright and comfortable appeared newly decorated..Bathroom large modern and clean lovely space to relax..The location was excellent actually adjacent to the vicking trail and near all Woodhall Spa attractions tea rooms, restaurants.
Everything about the Hotel. Where it is in Woodhall Spa, the rooms, the food. The staff were helpful and friendly, nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely be returning again to follow up on the history.
The helpfulness of the staff was great, particularly the woman who was running the place. It was good value and
the location right in Woodhall Spa was very good. I would definitely stay there again.
Bob was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had everything we needed. Excellent venue and location for golfing at Woodhall Spa. A last-minute room type change was gladly accommodated...THANK YOU.
