The view from our room was lovely, we didnt come to ski but would definitely recommend the location and scenery from this hotel, its stunning. Breakfast selection was brilliant and all the food was fresh and delicious. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The receptionist was very accomodating when I came early. She gave me a bus ticket good for 7 days even tho I will be staying only for 2 days. I left my luggage at the reception and went to Seceda. After the hike, I checked in and got my room. Room was clean and comfy. The view outside at night was lovely. After my 9 hours sleep, I took my buffet breakfast and it was so delicious. I left my Jacket in the cabinet and Claudia message me about it. Too bad I read it late and I was on the train on my way to Milan already. I just informed her that she can give it to someone on need instead.

We had a wonderful stay here, the owner is so kind & helpful, and truly dedicated to hospitality. We appreciated the varied and fresh breakfast (especially the tasty cakes!), the large balcony with breath-taking views (and a little rack for drying laundry!), and the spotlessly clean room (where making the bed is a work of art!). It's a great spot, nice to be out of the bustle of central Ortisei but still easy to get to the centre by bus or even walking.

We have never come across such caring hosts - every morning we got advice what to do and visit. Free parking, spacious room and really spacious bathroom, spotless. We received complimentary bus tickets for a week! Exceptional view through the balcony. Breakfast was always fresh, everyday there were home made bread and cake. Genuinely wish to come back!
