Good hotel for the price. Rooms were clean and no real issues with anything. The price was about right for what we got.

The location was close to Liverpool 1, Museums and good food.
When we arrived at the initial room and the electricity wasn't working. I spoke with staff at the front desk who contacted maintenance. The maintenance guy was there in minutes found the problem but explained that it would take around 30 mins. He then arranged for a new room with a better view. He also arrange for a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The front staff also gave use a voucher for drinks at the bar. Now thats service . We would definitely use the Pullman again

Visit Liverpool often to see family but decided to have a night on my own. Visited the Music Attraction in the Cunard building which was well worth the money. Have done all the Beatles stuff before during my many visits. Easy to get around with the bus station very central in the city. Only problem was had to drag case with me as a booked storage ticket was not accepted at Lime Street station storage.

Much bigger city than I anticipated but we really enjoyed our visit. Both cathedrals worth a visit although very different and the Walker art gallery is wonderful - and free! Lots of places to eat with all kinds of international menus available. We did an open top bus tour first to decide where we wanted to visit and we also did a "Beatles Tour" to see Penny Lane and Strawberry Fields. If you are going there as a Beatles fan, then the tour guides are informative and friendly. The people we met were lovely and friendly and I'd recommend Alpha Taxis as the most reliable and prompt.

What a city!! Beautiful and vibrant.
What a city!! Beautiful and vibrant. So much to see and do for all ages. Felt safe while there. Lots of nightlife all through the week. So many beautiful restaurants and everything on your doorstep. We didn't use the car once while there. Loved the history just as much as all the moden buildings. Great hop on, hop off bus to take you where you like to go. Can't wait to go back. Lla parella which is a Mexican restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The cathedral is breathtaking. Food and drinks as cheap or as expensive as you want. Nice restaurant meal cost us around £50 for 2 and then we found somewhere doing 2 cocktails for £7!

A city with some good cultural offerings, good museums, architecture etc. Worth popping into the Tate if you want to see a handful of good works of art and a warehouse full of primary school art projects that didn't quite make the cut for going on the fridge door! I'm too cynical to buy into the "emperor's new clothes".
Good restaurants are aplenty, and I'm reliably informed that the "shopping is good".
A vibrant and trendy city that is a pleasure to visit.
Location is fantastic in the city centre, with staff providing plenty of recommendations to explore the city. A lovely card written to the guest is presented once checked in and Andy advised us of the best places to park as well as the discounted restaurants offered. We also received an upgrade to our room upon arrival which was a wonderful bonus! Love the general vibe with the dark decor, would certainly recommend to anybody visiting Liverpool.
The location was fantastic, right by the docks which was super convenient. The docks has the Tate and a few other museums, and you're only a short 5 minute walk to Liverpool one and the City Centre. The hotel itself was very comfortable, nice and quiet and the rooms were well set out with plenty of space! Shower and bathroom was superb. The customer service was great, and there was always a friendly face to help answer any questions!
Amazing front desk clerk, so polite and personable.
Room had a nice size and we found everything we needed. We really appreciated the opportunity to have water brought to the room, as well as the convenience of being able to order room service from the downstairs restaurant.
The hotel is in a great area, although it gets a bit noisy at night, I think this is the best sleep you could get in the city centre.
The hotel has a fantastic location for those looking to explore the vibrant docks and immerse themselves in the rich Beatles history, with one of the museum being conveniently close by. While the city centre may require a bit walk to reach, it is certainly within a reasonable distance. Despite facing some issues, the staff demonstrated a commendable level of helpfulness and friendliness in general.
We abandoned the first hotel we booked in Liverpool and desperately made it to the Marriott across the city. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I made during our 3+ weeks in England. The staff were some of the kindest I met in England, they were VERY considerate of my daughter and went above and beyond for us.
Location very good 10 to 15 mins to Liverpool one and Docks, mc Donald's across road from hotel open 24 hour which is very good, staff lovely. if going to anfield number 17 bus at bus station, well worth doing the tour great value for money, weatherspoons cheapest for food and drink boat cruise was excellent
The location of this property is brilliant, it is literally a few minutes walk from the docks and you have some if best restaurants in Liverpool within a few hundred yard walk. I initially had a hotel booked which I changed to an apartment at the last minute, I’m so glad I done so.
Beautiful hotel with amazing service, food was also fantastic do eat in the restaurant if you stay here. I will definitely return for my next trip to liverpool. Hotel beside the universities 5 mins in a taxi to the city centre/docks costs £6.
The location is ideal for seeing the city centre which is fairly small (but hilly). The car parking was very welcome as the area has other hotels where parking in public car parks is more expensive and less secure,
Pleasant hotel with friendly staff just a couple of minutes walk from the city centre. Very handy for the docks, arena and L1.
Dry, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast available in restaurant.
Very nice hotel in a great location - only a few minutes' walk from Matthew Street, Albert Docks and the city centre.
It was a very large and comfortable room with a large bathroom.
The hotel was incredibly clean and well maintained. Lovely welcome from the moment we arrived to when we checked out. Great location in Liverpool city.
